Here’s a new recipe book published by the NACC to celebrate 25 years of the Care Chef of the Year competition and its winners, from its start in 2000 through to 2024.
You’ll find 16 pages of illustrated recipes from the Champion Chefs (2009 to 2024). That’s 16 main courses and 11 desserts – with links to many more.
All the recipes are low cost, as that’s one of the biggest challenges for a Care Chef – to produce delicious, attractively presented, and nutritionally balanced dishes on a tight budget.
